180degree Transforming Lives Refund Policy
180degree Transforming Lives – an online and offline training, coaching and counseling platform of Maats Consultants Private Limited, believes in helping its customers by “creating values through competitive solutions” as far as possible; and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- No refund will be provided for online courses/training programs once the access has been granted, unless otherwise specified in the course description or terms and conditions.
- If 180degree.in cancels a training program, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to mail to: support@180degree.in within 3 days from the date of purchase in case of offline courses.
-Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the refund request if found under the terms & conditions.
-Refund Method: Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
-Deductions: 180degree.in reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees, taxes, or other charges from the refund amount.
-No Refund for Partial Completion: No refund will be provided for partial completion of a course or training program.
-Refund for Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent access to the course or training program, a refund or extension of access may be provided at the discretion of 180degree.in
- 180degree Transforming Lives does not accept any cancellation requests for the products referred by any trainer or coach or counselor which are not the part of 180degree.in.
- Refund/Replacement may be made if the customer buy the product from 180degree.in and establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by 180degree Transforming Lives, it’ll take 7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

- 180degree.in reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute or disagreement, the decision of 180degree.in shall be final and binding.
